• Dekel Strategic Investors in partnership with LIGA Capital acquired the property off market at a significant discount to replacement cost in August 2022. The property was 100% leased to a well known snowsports and biking company.

Solution

• The sponsorship retained the current tenant until the end of the lease term then, leveraging its strong broker relationships structured a sale to an owner/user to meet its 1031 Exchange, resulting in the successful execution of its business plan.
